Like in the real world there are also careers online because there are now different work that you can do with the use of your internet and computer. like what i am doing, i am a freelance writer in one online media company who publish different sites/blogs everyday and as a media person your site must have updated content and that’s our work we write different articles for different websites. actually now we are meeting deadlines. we are writing about 500 blog articles for 500 website in just one week because that’s the schedule given to us by the company. i consider this as a career that’s why our blog articles sometimes are based on our true experience but of course there are times that we only do research because of time. even though we earn just a little as long as we love to write we will still be doing this because we want not just to earn but to share our opinions and express our feelings thru writing.

That is why there are millions of resumes floating around the web! How do they sort out through the mountains of replies? With computer programs, of course. That is why you must make sure that your resume pleases the programs. Visit http://www.job-hunt.org/resumekeywords.shtml and you’ll know what I mean. (wink)

Finding Online Internet Jobs

Monday, March 10th, 2008

Here are a few basic tips on how you can search for an online internet job. First, list down the keywords that will best describe your field of interest or expertise. Go through popular search engines such as Google, MSN, Yahoo, or AltaVista.

You can also learn a lot from online forums where people communicate with each other and share their knowledge on a particular field. Dedicate your effort into your search. Spend hours if you feel the need to. It would also help to network with your relatives or friends; maybe they can point you to the right websites where you can find your online job.

The good news is that there is plenty of very good (free!) information and assistance available to help you find your next job. The bad news is that it will take time to sift through all of it to find what works for you. But, you can, and you will! Let’s get started!

Three Stages of a Job Search

Preparation - lay the foundation for an efficient and effective job search.

Implementation - do the actual job search

Suspension/Maintenance - put your search efforts into suspension, but don’t shut down completely. It will be easier to re-start the next time if it’s still “warm.”
