Like in the real world there are also careers online because there are now different work that you can do with the use of your internet and computer. like what i am doing, i am a freelance writer in one online media company who publish different sites/blogs everyday and as a media person your site must have updated content and that’s our work we write different articles for different websites. actually now we are meeting deadlines. we are writing about 500 blog articles for 500 website in just one week because that’s the schedule given to us by the company. i consider this as a career that’s why our blog articles sometimes are based on our true experience but of course there are times that we only do research because of time. even though we earn just a little as long as we love to write we will still be doing this because we want not just to earn but to share our opinions and express our feelings thru writing.

If you happen to search on the internet some online or work-from-home jobs, you will clearly see that there are about hundreds of thousands of search returns, not to mention that almost 90% of those are fake. Nevertheless, there are quite a handful of home based jobs posted on the internet that are real, you just have to scrutinize everything up to the last detail. But aside from the most common jobs you see when you search such as freelance writing, website making, online tutorial, home based call center etc., there is actually one job that is not known to most of the searchers: data encoding. Data encoding is actually one of the simplest, yet meticulous job to do. You have to have a keen eye on details since you will be asked either to transfer certain word files from hard to soft copy, depending on what the client wants as there are no room for errors when it comes to data encoding.

The corporate world is a rate race. Everything that’s happening in the four walls of the office is competition, starting from your job interview (you have to be at your best to get the job you are dying to get), until your retirement (you have to perform and produce so that you won’t get fired and actually reach retirement). So, if you feel like you still aren’t ready to face the dog-eat-dog society out there, you might want to settle first for a home based job. Don’t get me wrong, home based jobs are NOT less stressful. In fact, there are some instances that home based jobs are much more stressful than the typical office work. Though you can have your own time in accomplishing things, their difference lies on the environment. When you have an office job, you’ll be able to leave your paper works in your office by the time you step out of the building. However, in a home based job, you can’t help but mix your household chores with your work. Plus, your sleeping time will indeed be disoriented. You have to choose wisely and explore the things you want before you make any decision.

Only a small percent of job listings are posted and not all of the listings are up to date and relevant to you. Aside from seeking jobs online, try out networking because this is a time-tested method and a lot of opportunities happen with this. You could also scan business and trade publications that offer detailed information about the job. You could also register with staffing firms that offer specialized assistance for job seekers; they will be of immense help and you will be more likely to find a job that fits you.

Saturday, March 15th, 2008

nullMore mothers are resigning from their jobs and looking for ways on how they can stay at home and take care of the kids. They have always had a guilty feeling spending the whole day at the office while worrying about their home.

For practical reasons, instead of just staying at home and taking care of the chores, most moms would like to help in adding to the household income as well. Benefits of Online Jobs

Wednesday, March 5th, 2008

nullWorking remotely has a lot of advantages. First, you can literally work on your pajamas and be saved from putting on a corporate suit, donning your stockings and applying your make-up (if you’re a woman). You will be freed from the horrible rush hour traffic and set free from going through the office rituals of an 8-5 job. You will finally quit from trying to get along with your co-workers and pleasing your boss.

Aside from all of these good things, you will also be able to set you own time schedule and create your personal pace of work which will allow you to spend more time with yourself and your family.
