The corporate world is a rate race. Everything that’s happening in the four walls of the office is competition, starting from your job interview (you have to be at your best to get the job you are dying to get), until your retirement (you have to perform and produce so that you won’t get fired and actually reach retirement). So, if you feel like you still aren’t ready to face the dog-eat-dog society out there, you might want to settle first for a home based job. Don’t get me wrong, home based jobs are NOT less stressful. In fact, there are some instances that home based jobs are much more stressful than the typical office work. Though you can have your own time in accomplishing things, their difference lies on the environment. When you have an office job, you’ll be able to leave your paper works in your office by the time you step out of the building. However, in a home based job, you can’t help but mix your household chores with your work. Plus, your sleeping time will indeed be disoriented. You have to choose wisely and explore the things you want before you make any decision.
